Using this website
This website saves your enquiry form entries in session storage in your current browser tab, so they remain available after a refresh. This draft is not sent to Alex or stored on the website server. Closing the tab normally clears it; browser session recovery may retain it. The website also includes an Instagram preview supplied by Meta, which may receive your IP address and browser information and use cookies under its own privacy policy. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to operate and secure the website. Any sign-in required by the hosting service is handled by that service.
Making an enquiry
The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message using your first name, your selected goal and any optional note. Clicking the button opens WhatsApp; you choose whether to send the message there. You can also contact Alex by telephone or Instagram. These services process data under their own privacy policies. Avoid including sensitive health information in the website form.
Information you send to Alex
Alex Leonard, trading as The Phoenix Coach, receives information you choose to send directly. Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and discuss possible coaching, including steps you ask Alex to take before entering a contract. Questions about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information can be directed to Alex on 07895 203165. Any additional personal information needed for ongoing coaching should be covered by the information provided during onboarding.
